Our Salesforce Developers are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions and integrations for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other consultants to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

YOU DO:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, and Visualforce
- Design, develop, and document integrations and APIs
- Lead or participate in technical design sessions with clients; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns and best practices are followed
- Provide accurate estimates for assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding project status and issues
- Deploy Salesforce solutions using deployment tools such as Gearset
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
- Share knowledge and expertise with other team members and clients
YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Visualforce, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and other SFDC components (5 years preferred)
- 3+ years of experience of Salesforce Object design, SOQL, and SOSL
- Strong knowledge of object oriented programming principles
- Ability to use out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as build custom solutions using the platform's frameworks
- Proficiency using Git, continuous integration, and other applicable development tools
- Proficiency with SQL, ETL and data pipelines, and performing systems integrations
- Strong ability to use and author REST APIs
- Willingness to travel for team events as needed
